"I have been extremely impressed with the exceptional care and service provided at the Morada Lake Arlington Memory Care community, where my loved one has resided for the past three months. We have been extremely pleased with the excellent care they are receiving. The attentive and caring staff provide a structured daily schedule of enriching activities that have been very beneficial. My family always feels welcome to join in these activities, making our visits easy, enjoyable, and meaningful. The facility's staff also does an excellent job coordinating care with my loved one's primary care providers, rehabilitation therapists, occupational therapists, and home healthcare services. The recently renovated building is clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable environment. The sales and administrative teams have also been responsive and easy to work with in addressing any questions or concerns."
